The minimum stay in high season (from June to September) will be 7 nights and in low season it will be 3 or 4 nights.
The check-in of the apartment will be from 16:00 and we recommend the client to inform about the approximate arrival time.
30% pre-payment will be charged on the credit card maximum 48 hours after making the reservation.
The rest of the ayment will be made upon arrival. The accepted cards are: VISA and MASTERCARD.
The deposit will be €300, this amount will be paid by credit or debit card at the entrance of the apartment and will be refunded once the apartment has been checked days after the end of your stay.
The departure or check out of the apartments will be at the latest at 10am. The delay in departure can be penalized with a supplement of €100.
The client will leave the accommodation, the furniture and the utensils in the same conditions that they found on arrival, taking financial responsibility for all the damages that are caused.
For stays from 01/06 until 30/09, if you cancell until 14 days before arrival no charge will be applied. If you cancell within 14 days before arrival, 30% of the amount of the reservation will be charged.
In low season, if you cancell until 7 days before arrival no charge will be applied. If you cancell within 7 days before arrival, 30% of the amount of the reservation will be charged.
The client have to request modifications or cancellation of the reservation by email to email@example.com.
Modifications that imply date changes will be considered cancellations for all purposes and will follow the cancellation fees policies. Any request to modify the reservation is subject to the availability of the establishment and may lead to rate changes.
Non Show (the non-presentation of the client in the establishment) will have a charge of 30% of the total value of the reserved stay.
Early departure: will be billed according to reservation, there will be no refunds.
The apartment will be delivered clean and tidy. The client agrees to maintain its order and cleanliness and to deliver it in the same conditions in which it was delivered.
The change of sheets and towels will take place every seven days.
The final cleaning of your apartment is included in the price, except for the kitchen cleaning. If the maid of rooms should be in charge of it, you will be charged an extra 30 € or 40 € if we include the dishes and appliances. If the kitchen is not left in good condition, Apartamentos Roses Platja reserves the right to deduct these amounts from the deposit.
2 COEXISTENCE AND OPERATION RULES
The stay of more people will not be admitted than those informed in the admission document by the client.
For security reasons, the use of the pool is not allowed to guests who are not staying in the property.
Nocturnal hours will be respected (from 24 a.m. to 8 a.m.) without noise that may disturb other clients.
The introduction into the apartments of barbecue or gas cooking appliances will not be accepted.
The establishment is not responsible for any loss or theft of money or objects found in the apartment.
It is forbidden to organize parties, barbecues and subcontract to third activities typical of the apartments.
The rules of use of the pool must be followed for all guests.
The pool is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Bathing outside of these hours is prohibited for safety reasons.
No pots allowed.
Failure to comply with these rules will entitle the owner to take the measures he deems appropriate, including eviction.
ADVICE AND SUGGESTIONS
Our main objective is that the client has a good vacation experience. For this reason, if the client finds any deficiency, please notify us, as soon as possible and during the stay in the apartments, to give the opportunity to clarify things during it.
